Aerosols Blog
Aerosols are important factors in climate change. Aerosols are tiny particles of liquid or solid suspended in the atmosphere. Aerosols can be natural or man-made, ranging from soil dust to exhaust. Black Carbon is also an aerosol emitted in combustions of fossil fuels. Aerosols are responsible for determining the thickness of the clouds in the atmosphere. The more aerosols, the more UVB radiation is absorbed from the sun. UVB radiation is harmful to human health, and aerosols are one factor that protect us from it.
