Team Review

Working as a team on the last project proved to be very engaging and productive. Personally, I don't really have any complaints. I'm sure that there were a few issues that could be corrected and resolved though. I know that too often, one person doesn't like to do their share of the work. It puts more pressure on the others and creates problems that are unnecessary. In order to fix this, maybe Mr. Sharpe could assign specific portions of a project to each person, insuring that it all will be completely in a timely and fair manner. All individuals have their own opinions and views and there may be disagreements in groups. It's important that everyone can make compromises and is pleased with the final product.
